This holistic program combines mineral balancing with improved sleep hygiene, mindset enhancement, sleep scheduling, dietary adjustments and lifestyle optimization. Through hair tissue mineral analysis, we will unlock the secrets of mineral balancing for better sleep.  You’ll also learn practical techniques for creating a functional sleep environment and overcoming barriers to restful sleep.  We will guide you in optimizing your diet and daily routines to promote healthier sleep habits. 

The personalized coaching consists of:

Weekly and Bi-Weekly Calls

  • One 60 minute intake call to devise your personalized behavioral diet, lifestyle and stress management protocol. 

  • Weekly and then biweekly 30 minute progress & support calls

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Test

  • One 60 minute lab results and recommendations call
